Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our fit and fabric. If your Secret top isn’t the perfect match, here is how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. The 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made beyond this window will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet our strict quality standards:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unscented.

  • Free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

  • In its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returned in the original Secret packaging.

Note: Our team inspects every returned item. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, the request will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make it seamless.

  • Contact us to request an exchange.

  • We will dispatch a courier to deliver your new item and collect the original item at the same time.

  • A standard exchange shipping fee will apply based on your governorate.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

  • Card Payments: The funds will be returned to your original credit/debit card. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for cash orders will be transferred via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days of inspection approval.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of the return courier will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Flawed or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our clean seams and premium finish. In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item immediately.
